Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise. strengthen muscles. improve cardiovascular fitness. It is the most natural exercise. This sports is the best to learn enjoying outdoors.

Volleyball

Playing 45 minutes of volleyball can burn up to 585calories. It improves muscle strength & tone. The activities required when playing volleyball strengthen the upper body, arms, shoulders, thighs, abdominals, and lower legs. In addition, volleyball improves hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and balance. It is also one of the least expensive team sports. It helps build team work and coordination.
